“The level of understanding and acceptance of the arrangements to implement the National Partnership Agreement on Remote Service Delivery, including strategic and place-based governance arrangements, is increasing. With this, we are starting to see changes in the way governments work and importantly progress is being made to improve the lives of Indigenous people living in the 29 priority communities.

This report concentrates on activity at the community level and there has been considerable progress since my first report.”
