It’s no life: living with the long term effects of cancer – Macmillan Cancer Support UK – 29 June 2009

Macmillan Cancer Support has discovered that two in every five cancer survivors are not aware of the long-term effects of cancer and its treatment, yet four in every five have experienced at least one physical health problem within the last 12 months. Macmillan believes there are some simple measures that can and should be introduced to support cancer survivors and these are outlined in this report.
