Steven Lewis is a health research and policy consultant based in Saskatoon, Canada, and adjunct professor of health policy at the University of Calgary and Simon Fraser University. During March, he was a visiting fellow at the Menzies Centre for Health Policy, a joint venture of the Australian National University and the University of Sydney.
